This bill relates to the state fair and includes amending provisions for the general supervision, operation, and maintenance of the annual state fair and fairgrounds; amends the purpose of the state fair; reconstructs the advisory board to a state board and specifies duties of the board, the department of agriculture, the WY tourism board and the state construction department.
